Description

The Assistant Director, Remote Placement and Outreach (ADRPO) position oversee all functions and activities related to refugee case placements and service delivery under Unitec SCCB’s Remote Placement program. The ADRPO is responsible for assessing program compliance and identifying opportunities for enhancing program capacity and the overall quality of the Remote Placement program. This position is also responsible for strategically growing remote placement community partners and expanding USCCB’s affiliate network to effectively build program capacity to serve increased refugee admissions. This position supervises three full-time staff.

The ADRPO ensures compliance and accountability with funders by composing relevant sections of quarterly and annual funder reports and is a principal contributor to remote placement grant proposals. The ADRPO is the primary point of contact for remote placement and communicates with the funder and relevant national resettlement agencies on all aspects related to the program. Contributes to the Bishops’ strategic plan for the conference and demonstrates the willingness and ability to understand, respect, and contribute to the USCCB mission and to fulfill job duties following its Catholic identity.
