Position Description
InterAction seeks an experienced Senior Human Resources Coordinator to collaborate across teams in all aspects of Human Resources. The applicant shall have proficiency in employment labor laws, organizational effectiveness, risk management, talent acquisition, and diversity and inclusion. This position is exposed to highly confidential and sensitive employee information. Communication with teams is an essential part of this position.

Responsibilities
Assist with recruiting new applicants
New employee orientation
Staff onboarding and offboarding
Enter new hires, terminations, and all relevant changes to employee records in ADP Workforce Now
Manage employee benefits open enrollment for all benefits
Maintain personnel files
Ensure leave accruals are accurate
Legal and regulatory compliance
Reporting to the US Department of Labor
Knowledge of Diversity and Inclusion practices
Manage organizational insurance (Directors and Officers, Workman’s Compensation, etc.)
Manage staff international travel policy and requests for additional coverages
Think, innovate, plan and collaborate with the Finance and Administration team at the organizational level.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field with at least two years progressively responsible for multiple Human Resource functions
1-2 years of ADP Workforce NOW
Strong proficiency in Word and Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping
Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and information
Strong attention to detail
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to complete multiple tasks and high volume of work on a deadline
Excellent time management, organizational and follow-through skills
Able to respond quickly and accurately to requests for information, and to provide excellent customer service
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team

Salary Range
Commensurate with experience
