Sr Director Global Security

Position Overview

The Sr. Director of Global Security provides safety and security leadership and support for FH.  He/she provides duty of care, safety and security expertise, standards, practices and support for the management of safety and security across the FH organization.  The goal is to create an industry standard excellence in safety and security practices, crisis management, and risk management. The position oversees standards, implementation, resources and training that are in the best interest of the organization and its staff.  The position is responsible to ensure appropriate development and adherent of organizational and operational priorities for safety and security to include International Operations and the Global Service Centers.


  • Key Result #1 – Lead and manage the provision of a first rate safety & security risk strategy for FH that meet international standards (40%).
  • Key Result #2 – Provide security support and accountability to FH regions and fields through regional line management (40%).
  • Key Result #3 – Oversee security on-boarding and good practice to all FH staff (20%).
