Associate Director, Integration
Description
The Associate Director of Integration leads, guides, coordinates, and facilitates the management of all functions and activities associated with the monitoring and supporting integration programs. Provides direction in the Integration segment’s mission, including responsibility for maintaining and developing diocesan network capacity responsive to refugee placements and trends for populations that arrive in the US outside the Refugee Admissions Program. Ensures appropriate implementation and performance measures in support of Migration and Refugee Services -related refugee services.

Knowledge of domestic and overseas refugee processing and fundamental immigration law. Essential understanding of Catholic Social teachings, the Catholic Church, and the diocesan structure. Computer literacy, using Microsoft Word software (specifically, MS Excel), accessing information from USCCB/MRS databases, funder-established software (RADS), and the internet. Excellent written and verbal skills are required. Applicant should have program operations management experience. Strong personnel supervision skills. Data Analysis Domestic and overseas refugee resettlement exposure. Graduate degree preferred. Major Field/Specialty: Public/Business Administration, Public Policy, Computer Technology, Social Sciences, or related fields. Required: 5-8 years of directly related experience preferred
